Health department officials say the beach has high levels of bacteria that is derived from fecal matter, possibly from animals and humans.
Officials warn if this water is ingested, it could cause serious illnesses and lead to an infection.
"Something has to change," says Tylor Rahn, owner of Ultimate Fishing Adventures. "Or it will continue this downward cycle."
Health officials say if you come in to contact with the water, to wash thoroughly. If your health is out of the ordinary, contact your health provider.
It's unclear when the no swimming advisory will be lifted.
However, the health department will conduct another water test later this month.
